David is our Colombian ninja with a life of sport and training behind him. He believes that our body is the most important thing that we’ve got, therefore we have to make sure to look after it. He is a passionate crossfit coach with over 4 years of experience and is dedicated in helping others reach their best potential. Also, if you like latino music, you will not be disappointed !
